Customer service: Excellent. The touchscreen of my MiniGrow Box broke. After a few checks by mail they send clear replacement instructions and a replacement part. They understood the need to act quickly because I just started up a new one.
A defect can happen and doesnât really matter if itâs dealt with in a right way.

I think that i had one the first one’s delivered abroad. I recently damaged one of my fans while cleaning so I contacted the company. Without any trouble what so ever they went on a search for my parts . My box is 2 years old and there have been a lot of upgrades since then. Not only do i got my box in working order with the speed of sound they also came with a few other option to upgrade my box and the prices for these are more than fair. So even after a few years you will not be forgotten. These people actually do what they say. 10 stars would be more appropriate
